“Baahubali: The Beginning” earns Rs 100 crore in two days

S.S Rajamouli directed “Baahubali: The Beginning” has earned approximately Rs. 100 crore worldwide in two days since its release. Trade analyst Trinath on the release day predicted that the film could enter into the Rs.100-crore club over the weekend. This film earned Rs. 60 crore on the first day.
“Baahubali: The Beginning” is a two part Indian epic film which tells the story of a battle between two brothers for an ancient kingdom. The film stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannah Bhatia, Nasser and Ramya Krishnan in the lead roles.

Produced by Arka Media Works, the film was made release in more over 4,000 theatres. It was dubbed in Hindi, Malayalam and French languages. Besides the domestic market, it also did well abroad. According to the first day estimate, it grossed Rs. 15crore in the US market.
