Sunil Narine will not play ICC Cricket World Cup 2015

The West Indies off-spinner, Sunil Narine, has withdrawn his name from the World Cup squad because of his lack of confidence in his revised bowling action. The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) will soon announce the name of a player who is going to replace him.
Sunil Narine was reported for his suspect bowling action during his side’s clash against the Dolphins at Hyderabad in September. After this allegation, he went under intense remedial work on his bowling action and preliminary tests showed him bowling legally.
According to a board statement, he is not confident enough. He needs more time to be able to bowl confidently for a sustained period in international cricket with his new action.

Narine’s remarkable figure of 8-3-9-6 helped Trinidad and Tobago win the West Indies regional one-day title on Sunday. So, he could be a very vital inclusion in the squad. The decision to withdraw his name from the squad has come as a blow to West Indies
