Stuart Broad cannot play in the first Test against India

It is not sure if England fast bowler, Stuart Broad, can play in the 1st Test match against India starting on November 15 in Ahmedabad. Stuart Broad has sustained an injury during the three-day tour match against Mumbai A that was ended in a draw on Monday.
He has bruised his left heel and his progress will be monitoring just 10 days before the first Test of the four-match series. If he fails to recover within time then England cricket team will have to find someone who can successfully replace him for the vacant post.
Stuart Broad, who is the current vice-captain of England cricket team, is the second injured player after Steven Finn. Steven Finn injured his thigh. Their absence in the national squad will be a big blow.
England’s team management will have to re-think about their bowling attack. Stuart Meaker may replace Stuart Broad in the opening Test match.
