RCom announces first CDMA based tablet PC Reliance CDMA Tab

The use of tablet PC is increasing day by day. It is not a part of fashion anymore. It has been using in all aspects of our life- from educational institution to working field. Taking the advantage of the increasing tablet PC market, many companies are making its entrance into this competitive market. Reliance Communications has become the latest company which has announced the launch of its first tablet PC for CDMA users. The name of this tablet PC is Reliance CDMA Tab. According to RCom's Group Head for Brand and Marketing Sanjay, Behl, it is going to be the country’s first CDMA based tablet PC.

Reliance Communications Ltd., one of the biggest broadband and telecommunications companies in India, announced the launch of its tablet PC on 12 March 2012. This new tablet PC will be built on Android platform.

The 7-inch Reliance CDMA Tab comes with many features including Mobile TV, voice calling, GPS and video recording. It will run on Android 2.3 operating system.

It has two camera-one is rear facing and another is front facing, 2 megapixel each.

RCom is offering postpaid plans and discounts of up to 40 per cent on the regular rates.

Before that, RCom launched a tablet PC called Reliance 3G Tab and gained huge success on it.
