Last night, Arsenal suffered a heavy blow against Ipswich in the first leg of Carling Cup semi-final match. Arsenal lost the match by 1-0 and after two weeks, the two teams will meet at the Emirates Stadium for the second leg.
Arsenal must win that match by more than 1 goal or they will suffer a very humiliating exit from Carling Cup. Arsenal supporters are very unhappy and in FaceBook and Twitter they criticized the players a lot. Their main anger was aimed at mainly two players and they are Andrei Arshavin and Bendtner.
I think that the supporters should be behind all the players because it is natural to suffer bad time. We all know the reality of Arsenal club in the last few years. Yes, they could not win any trophy, but the problem happened because they moved to a new stadium.
Arsenal supporters have to understand one thing very plain and simple. Because of the effort of Arsene Wenger to build a young team, they could become powerful financially. Even UEFA has praised this style of Arsene Wenger and Arsenal. So, becoming angry with players like Andrei Arshavin and Bendtner will not help at all.
