MSCERT is the top institute in Maharashtra. It was established in 1964-65 as a State Institute of Education (SIE) to provide academic support and improve quality of Primary Education. However, in 1984, it was upgraded renamed as Maharashtra State Council of Educational Research and Training.

With the aim of improving quality of School Education, MSCERT takes the responsibility of teacher education, research and evaluation.

No doubt, this kind of responsibility taken by Indian government will help the country to get a lot of well trained teacher. It will also help to make the country much stronger in education field. Even it will represent India to the developed countries in a much better way.

It is really good news to see that India is improving a lot in their education sector. If it continues then it will be very difficult for other countries to compete with India in any field.
