Brad Haddin talks in favor of Michael Clarke

Australian wicketkeeper, Brad Haddin, has talked in favor of Michael Clarke, who has been appointed as captain to replace injured Ricky Ponting for Monday’s fifth Ashes Test at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

He supports Michael Clarke saying that Clarke is the right person for the top job. He also said that it was a time for the country to celebrate a new captain.

Regular captain, Ricky Ponting, cannot play the fifth and final Ashes test because of his finger injury. He broke his finger during the fourth Ashes test. Despite not having good form, he could manage to replace the captaincy job with the strong support from his supporters.

According to Brad Haddin, Michael Clarke will be backed and supported by all the Australian players. Clarke would be excited about the prospect of captaining Australia and he will do a very, very good job. Haddin also has given his oath to help him any way he can.

Brad Haddin is not in his good form right now. In last eight innings, he scored 148 runs. He is taking the wicket-keeping positing after the retirement of Adam Gilchrist in the middle of 2008. As a vice-captain, he will have to show his best prove himself the match rescuer.

There is no doubt that it is going to be a tough job for Michael Clarke. Whole world will be watching to see him if he can lead his team successfully and level the series 2-2.

There is no worry for England cricket team as they have taken the 5-match Ashes lead 2-1 with one match left at hand.It is the time to see if Australia can win the final Ashes test.
