Ticket sales for the Cricket World Cup 2015 are very close to reach one million

Less than eight days are left to kick off the 11th edition of the Cricket World Cup. Ahead of the ICC’s flagship tournament, cricket lovers from around the world are rushing to get their tickets on their hands.
Ticket sales for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 are estimated to be more than a million. Till now, more than 750,000 tickets have been sold. Cricket fans are being advised to buy their tickets now to avoid disappointment. As tickets continue to sale in record numbers, it is thought to be the most intense competition ever for the silver and gold trophy. Still a lot of tickets for big matches are yet to be sold.

Australia and New Zealand are going to host the tournament jointly after 23 years. So, for local people it is a very rare opportunity to enjoy ICC’s biggest tournament in their own backyard.
