Indian batting legend, Sachin Tendulkar, is going to make his entrance
in the film industry with a biopic made on his life. In this film, he will play
his own character.
200NotOut, which is a Mumbai-based
production house, has told the BBC that the film will be directed by James
Erskine, an award winning British director.
According to a
spokesperson of this company, most of the part of this film will be about his
personal life since his cricketing career is well known.
The films name is
yet to be fixed. It is expected that the duration of this film will be between
90 minutes and two hours. Krishna Ananthan has told the BBC that
their production company is aiming to release it by the end of this year or
early next year. The main audience of this film will be Tendulkar’s fans all
over the world.
