Taiwanese
smartphone manufacturer, HTC, is expecting to unveil its new flagship
smartphone dubbed as the HTC One (M9). It is yet to know when this new
smartphone will be unveiled, but it is heard that this phone will be shown at
Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on March 1.
It is also reported
that the company is developing a powerful smartphone with much superior
features than the HTC One (M8) that was released in 2014. This powerful
supersized smartphone is referred to as the “HTC Hima Ace Plus”, but there is
no guarantee that it will be launched in the same name sometime this year.

Interestingly, it was earlier reported that HTC would launch two models of the HTC One (M9) – one with Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor and the other with 64-bit MediaTek processor.
Portuguese gadget
blog, 4G News, in an exclusive report mentioned some of the specifications of
HTC’s upcoming device. If the report is believed to be true then the new device
will have a 5.5-inch display with quad HD resolution screen, powered by
Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 32GB internal memory and 3GB RAM, 3000 mAh
battery and fingerprint scanner.
China-based HTC
leaker @upleaks in its Twitter account claimed that the HTC One (M9) will come
with a 5-inch Full HD display that will support 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution.
It will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, and will run on Android
5.0 Lollipop. It is also expected to include a 2840mAh battery, 20.7MP main
camera and 13MP or UltraPixel 4MP front snapper, HTC Sense 7, and 3GB RAM.
