Aamir Khan-starrer
PK has overtaken Dhoom 3 to become the highest
grosser movie in Bollywood. Since its release on December 19, this comedy-drama
has so far collected at the box office Rs 285.37 crore, including Rs 6.85 crore
on its third Friday.
This movie has done
well at the overseas box office having generated Rs 134 crore from North
America, the UK, Australia and Gulf countries. The producers are expecting that
its collections at the overseas box office will increase.
PK is the second film
where Aamir Khan and Rajkumar
Hirani have worked together after 3 Idiots and both of the films have joined
the 200-crore club. Aamir Khan has become the only Indian actor to have three
movies in the super exclusive club.
