New Zealand ensures series win after defeating India by 7 wickets

New Zealand cricket team has ensured their ODI series win over India after sealing the fourth one-day international win by seven wickets with 11 balls to spare. With this victory, they are leading the series 3-0 with one match remaining at hand.
Ross Taylor played a very important role in leading his team to get a comfortable victory his against the touring side. His unbeaten 112 helped Kiwi past India's total of 278-5. During his ninth ODI century, he made 130-run partnership with Kane Williamson and 92 unbroken partnership with captain Brendon McCullum.
Despite making slow start, India could manage to score 278 for 5 thanks to skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s unbeaten 79 and Ravindra Jadeja’s not out 62. They shared a 127-run partnership in the sixth wicket stand.

New Zealand has recorded their second consecutive ODI series win against India after West Indies. It indicates that they will perform strongly in next year’s World Cup.
