Eoin Morgan says England is ready for the ODI series


According to English batsman, Eoin Morgan, his team is ready to take on the host team India for the upcoming five-match ODI series starts from January 11. He has also added that his team is looking to continue their success after winning the Test series 2-1.
England cricket team is scheduled to play two warm-up games ahead of the 5-match ODI series which begins in Rajkot on Friday. England XI lost the first practice match to India A by 53 runs in Duckworth Lewis method. They will play their second warm-up game against Delhi at the Feroz Shah Kotla on January 8.
Seven players of the 15-man squad were the members of the Test squad that won the Test series 2-1 after 27 years while six more players featured in the drawn Twenty20 series.
Eoin Morgan mentioned the start of a new year after 2012 which was the successful year for them. He also said there were a lot of foundations already set so it was a matter of building on that.
According to him, majority of their preparation has been done before Christmas and they are ready for the series. So, it is going to be a tough match between India and England.
