KVPY also known as The
Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) is a very prestigious program. Every
year, thousands of talented students from all over India apply for this
scholarship. This year, KVPY scholarship has been announced and tomorrow
(September 7, 2012) is the last day of submitting application.
KVPY is sponsored
by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. It is a
national program that offers fellowships in basic science subjects. It has been
created to motivate students to study science and do research.
The Kishore
Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) is an on-going national programme of
fellowships in basic sciences, initiated and funded by the Department of
Science and Technology, Government of India, to attract exceptionally and
highly motivated students for pursuing basic science courses and career in
