Asia Cup 2012: Where do you get ticket?

Only a few hours left before the four-nation Asia Cup cricket tournament kicks off with the opening match between host Bangladesh and Pakistan set to take place on 11 March at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur.

Those who are interested to enjoy the game live at stadium can collect their tickets from any nearer branch of City Bank Limited as they have become the ticketing partner of Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).

City Bank Limited is selling tickets through 21 branches in six divisions. It is not the first time they are selling tickets. They successfully completed ticketing operations of high events like ICC Cricket World Cup and BPL.

It has become the second consecutive year that Micromax Informatics Limited has become the title sponsor of Asia Cup tournament and the event will be titled as Micromax Asia Cup 2012.

Nimbus Sport has got the right to broadcast all the matches of this tournament. They will broadcast the matches in the South Asian subcontinent.

The biennial cricket tournament has created an opportunity to enjoy the match between two arch-rival countries- India and Pakistan. They will face each other after one year since the ICC World Cup semi-final, where Pakistan lost to India.

Besides these two countries, another South Asian powerhouse Sri Lanka will be seen to compete for the crown along with Bangladesh.
