Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza Marriage information and Some Photo Links

On 3rd February 2012 (Friday), Bollywood’s real life couple Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza got married according to a traditional Marathi style with the presence of famous B-Town celebrities and political leaders.

This star-studded marriage ceremony took place at the suburban Grand Hyatt hotel. Wearing a white sherwani and red turban, the groom entered the hotel riding a white horse. His face was covered with flower veil. Genelia was seen appearing in a red and gold lehenga designed by Ritu Kumar.

Vilasrao Deshmukh, who was actor’s Congress minister father, dressed in a brown sherwani.

Political leaders like Sharad Pawar, Praful Patel, Subodh Kant Sahay, Sunil Tatkare and Johny Joseph were present at the wedding ceremony.

The function was graced with the present of famous Bollywood celebrities including Shah Rukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Kajol and Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Sajid Khan, Karan Johar, Shahid Kapoor, Ashutosh Gowariker, Sajid Nadiadwala, Satish Shah, Asin, Jacky Bhagnani, Vashu Bhagnani, Ramesh Taurani, Nishka and Neeta Lulla.

Ritesh last night posted a message on Twitter saying, “Saw the Last sunset as a Bachelor.”

Soon after the wedding, the actor posted a photo of him and Genelia, with the caption, "MR & MRS DESHMUKH".

The wedding was celebrated in three days that was divided into different festivals including sangeet, haldi, mehndi ceremonies and a traditional bachelorette party for Genelia. The reception will take place tomorrow at the same hotel.

The real life couple will be seen romancing together in the forthcoming film ‘Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya’ that will be released on February 24.
