IN Media will launch “The Tablet” next year

“The Tablet” is a new name in the tablet PC market. Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) services provider, IN Media, has announced the launch of this Windows 7 based tablet PC. It will hit the market in the first quarter of 2011 with a price tag of around $399.

The new Windows 7 tablet PC comes with some great features. It has 1.66GHZ Intel Atom processor and 160 GB hard drive of storage capacity. It is such a huge hard drive capacity which will enable users to store all their content including music, games and movies. Readers may be surprised to hear that its capacity can be increased further via using an SD card.

It’s one of the features is front facing camera. It will allow you to make a video call or chat via webcam. It also has an HDMI interface for viewing high definition content on the tablet or it can be used to watch HD videos on another device.

Like the BenQ R100, it has a 10.1-inch screen. It also has built in eReader functionality of a Kindle.

It has all the functionality of a PC in a tablet format. Users can also watch any type of video format. It is needless to say that it will run on Windows 7 operating system. Adobe Flash is perhaps the most heavily carried feature on this new tablet.
