Toshiba unveils its three new laptops: Qosimo F50, Qosimo G50 and Qosimo X 300

At a London Press Conference, Toshiba Corporation announced its new line of laptops.

The Qosmio F50: The ‘baby’ of the group with a 15.4 inch screen.

The Qosmio G50: The Qosmio G50 has an 18.5 inch screen which will remove your desktop computer.

The Qosimo X300: The Qosmio X300 is the updated version of the Satellite X200. It comes with an eye-catching red color.

Features:

  • The laptops use Toshiba’s newly developed Quad Core technology. The Quad Core processor is basically the SpursEngine used in Sony PS3. The processor can upscale real time standard definition video.
  • The laptops use a separate processor in case of high-definition video and the main processor deals with normal activities like loading files and so on.
  • Another interesting feature of these laptops is Gesture Recognition. This option allows you to control certain functions such as pausing and playing movies, waving your hands.
  • Toshiba mainly focused on enhanced viewing standard. They are still not equipped for the Blu-ray market.
  • All the Qosimo laptops comes with a 640GB hard drive.
  • All the Qosimo laptops can take up to 8GB of RAM.
  • The new Qosimo laptops are equipped with nVidia GeForce graphics chipsets.
  • The new Qosimo laptops has Harmon Kardon speakers.
