Subaru Canada has experienced one of the best sales in the month of April. A heavy growth of sales was seen across the Subaru line up in April and this is the best ever April sales Subaru Canada has seen until now. A growth of 35.3 percent was observed compared to the sales of April last year. Sales of Forester brand increased by 99.7 percent this April compared to sales of same month last year. Impreza model of cars saw 28.5 percent over April last year.

large margin over last April is outstanding news," said Katsuhiro Yokoyama, chairman, president and CEO of SCI. "We are equally delighted to see continuing strong interest in Forester, and very much look forward to seeing consumer reaction to the new 2009 Forester, which went on sale this month."
Subsidiary of Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. of Japan, Subaru Canada is based on Ontario. The auto maker has made a strong base in the country and it is now looking forward to launch 2009 Forester which is expected to boost its sales in the coming months. While other auto makers like General Motors are seeing a tough time in the North American market, it is defiantly an excellent performance by Subaru Canada.
