Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan have failed to bag nomination in 60th Britannia Filmfare Awards

Though Shah Rukh Khan’s Happy New Year and Salman Khan’s Kick did well at the box office, these two Bollywood superstars have failed to make their places on the nomination list of 60th Britannia Filmfare Awards.
The interesting thing is that both the actors are not included in the Best Actor category list despite giving box office hit films. Actors who have been nominated under this category are Aamir Khan (PK), Akshay Kumar (Holiday), Hrithik Roshan (Bang Bang), Randeep Hooda (Rang Rasiya) and Shahid Kapoor (Haider).
There is no need to be upset for the fans of both Khans as Sajid Nadiadwala’s Kick has been nominated for the Best Music award category. On the other hand, Farah Khan’s Happy New Year has been nominated for Best Actor in a supporting role (Abhishek Bachchan). Shreya Ghoshal has been nominated for Best Playback Singer for “Manwa Lage” song.

However, both Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan have found a spot on the nomination list of Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards 2015 under the categories of Timeless Glamour & Style Icon and Global Icon of the Year. King Khan is also nominated for the Most Stylish Star category.
