Arsenal signs a record £150 million kit deal with Puma

The English Premier League club, Arsenal, has completed a record £150 million kit deal with Puma and this lucrative deal will last till 2019. It is obviously the biggest commercial deal in English football history.
Arsenal chief executive, Ivan Gazidis, has unveiled this kit deal at the Emirates Stadium. According to this new deal, the sports company will give £30 million a season for the next five years. Even Gazidis also said that money from this deal will be available to the club from this summer.
With this new deal, the Gunners’ 20-year association has come to an end with Nike, whose contract will expire at the end of the season. This will help the club to buy top-rated player in the summer transfer window. Even the club officials have agreed to extend Arsène Wenger’s contract at the club.

Arsenal is currently leading the Premier League point table. They are doing well despite many of their key players are suffering from injuries. They deserve this kind of deal because of their performance in a competitive tournament.
