Andy Flower is retained as England coach

Despite England’s poor performance against Australia in the ongoing Ashes series, England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) Chief Executive, David Collier, has retained Andy Flower as England coach.
England cricket team has already lost four consecutive Test matches and they are now facing the challenge to avoid a 5-0 Ashes series whitewash against Australia by either winning or drawing the last Test, which is their first Test match in the New Year, at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

The 45-year-old former Zimbabwean international cricketer still has confidence in his ability to guide this team in the right direction. He took the charge of England in April 2009.
