Will the 2014 ICC World Twenty20 be shifted to India?

It is said that 2014 ICC World Twenty20 could be shifted to India due to the political turmoil in Bangladesh which is actually scheduled to organize the tournament in three different cities- Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet.
It seems that India has already started taking steps to organize the tournament. As part of their steps to organize the ICC’s biggest event, they have kept Eden Gardens in Kolkata and the Jharkhand State Cricket Association International stadium in Ranchi stand-by.
It has become a big question whether Bangladesh will host the tournament or not. It is expected that a decision regarding this matter will be taken very soon when the Asian Cricket Council and the organizers of the tournament meet in Dhaka.
Security issue has caught the attention of other countries after a bomb blast outside the hole in Dhaka where the youth West Indian team stayed. After that incident, the ICC was said to be 'actively monitoring' the situation. Pakistan cricket team has already threatened to pull out of the event if Bangladesh hosts it.
Matches of this tournament will be played between March 16 and 6 April 2014.
