It will be hard to find
anyone who has not heard the name of Esha Gupta. This model turned actress has
become well known in the Bollywood film industry after making her appearance in
the lead roles in the first two movies- Jannat 2 and Raaz 3.
The 27-year-old actress
said that destiny
brought her to film industry even though acting was not her first choice as she
wanted to study law. She also said that she was not sure if she would make her
appearance in Bollywood when she joined the industry six years ago. It is
because she got a scholarship to study law at the Newcastle University.
She came at the center of
attention after becoming third in the Femina Miss India pageant in 2007. She
has been received whole heartedly by the industry. It shows that she could not
avoid the destiny.
She said, “My experience
with Bollywood has been very good so far. I had heard from a lot of people that
they do not welcome outsiders, but I think God is with me and both Bollywood
and the audience have welcomed me whole heartedly.”
She will continue acting
in the Indian film industry. It seems she is not sad for not becoming a lawyer.
She happily accepts her destiny.
