Director Anurag Basu is on
cloud nine after receiving his first 'U' certificate from Censor Board for
“Barfi!”.
Anurag Basu is happy after
his upcoming film “Barfi!” has received
‘U’ certificate from Censor Board. For the first time in his career, he has
received U certificate.
In his Twitter account, he
has posted a message saying: “Just got the censor certificate, 'Barfi!'is my
first U certificate film.”
Anurag Basu directed
“Murder”, “Gangster - A Love Story”, “Life in a... Metro” movies were released with
an A-certificate, while “Kites” was awarded U-A certificate.
“Barfi!” stars Ranbir
Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and Ileana D'Cruz in lead roles. It is a romantic
comedy film. It tells the story of a fun-loving boy Barfi (Ranbir Kapoor) and a
girl (Priyanka Chopra) suffering from autism.
It is scheduled to be
released on September 14, 2012. With this movie, Ileana D'Cruz makes her debut in
Bollywood.
