Is Amazon Kindle Fire an iPad killer?

Who will be the biggest competitor for Apple’s iPad? There is hardly any company who can challenge iPad’s dominance in the tablet market. Apple’s iPad is the market leader since its launch. It is one of the inspirational and profitable tablet PCs in the market.

It is thought that Internet retail giant, Amazon, will make a tough challenge for iPad as they recently unveiled their new tablet PC, Kindle Fire. This new tablet device will be launched on November 15. After its launch, it will be available in different retail stores.

What can help Amazon Kindle Fire to put some pressure on iPad is its price. Kindle Fire is priced at $199 which is less than half the price of Apple’s iPad. It is said to be a premium product at a non-premium price.

The concept of tablet PC started in the technology market with the launch of the first generation iPad, which was launched in March last year. Now, there are more than hundred companies that competing in the market. But most of them are struggling to earn their profit. The question arises- If the same thing will happen to Amazon Kindle Fire?

Let’s see if Amazon Kindle Fire can get a slice of this competitive market.
