Darren Pratley moves to Bolton Wanderers for a four-year deal

English footballer, Darren Pratley, made him move from Swansea to Bolton Wanderers after completing his signing of four-year deal. For Bolton Wanderers club, it was the first signing of the summer.

Darren Pratley was midfielder in Swansea. He made 199 appearances for the club in five years and scored 31 goals. His last appearance for the club was in their promotion-winning playoff final against Reading at Wembley.

Darren Pratley was out of contract after the Welsh club promotion to the Premier League. However, manager, Brendan Rogers, had said he was interested to keep him in the club.

But the 26-year-old player did not accept the new contract from the promoted Welsh club and made his move to the Bolton Wanderers. Bolton manager, Owen Coyle, is happy to get the player to the Reebok Stadium.

It was not easy to get him as many clubs were interested in him. In 2006, he made a £100,000 signing from Fulham to Swansea.
