The Vice Chancellor of the Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) has given the press note about exam schedule at the official website on January 22, 2011.

In a press note, it is written that the examination dates of all the Under Graduate and Post Graduate courses that were supposed to be held on 22 January 2011 at all the Engineering colleges and Extension centers, affiliated to VTU, Belgaum have been cancelled due to Karnataka Bandh called on Saturday.
The Vice-Chancellor of VTU has announced to reschedule the exams. It is heard that the new exam schedule of postponed examinations will be announced soon at the official website.
The students, who were about to make their appearance for any examination, can keep watching at the VTU website for new exam schedule.
Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) is a public university which mainly focuses on engineering subjects. It was established by the Government of Karnataka on 1 April 1998 in the state of Karnataka, India.
It has more than 200 departments across the affiliated colleges recognized as Research Centers.
