Samsung releases two new phones: Samsung J800 Luxe and Samsung L700

At the Singapore Telecommunication Exhibition Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd (SEO: 005930) unveiled two new mobile phones: the Samsung J800 Luxe, and the Samsung L700.
