South Korean mobile maker Samsung has launched SGH-U900 Soul Ultra mobile phone recently. Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. The phone has some attractive features including a 5 mega pixel camera with auto focus and a OLED backed touchpad controller. It is 13.5mm (.5") and measures 107mm x 49.5mm (4.2" x 1.9") when it is closed and it weighs 113g (4.0oz), which you could find a bit heavy. However, considering the feature it offers, you should not mind about its weight. In the front it has dual displays. On the side edges, you will find the camera and volume controls.

Designed for Europe, Samsung SGH-U900 Soul Ultra mobile phone supports GSM/EDGE (900, 1800, 1900MHz) and UMTS/HSDPA on the 2100MHz frequency band. That is why, the North American users may find this set a bit difficult as it does not support 850MHz GSM/EDGE frequency band which is very common in that region. Moreover, North American users can not get 3G support of the phone.

The call quality is satisfactory and SGH-U900 Soul also has 4 or 5 hours of talk time. The mobile has some more features to attract the users.

Mobileburn reported:

The U900 has a pretty complete ring profile system. 5 regular profiles and one offline (airplane) profile are offered, and the profile editor uses a very nice tabbed interface that makes configuration the vast number of settings less of a chore. Separate tones can be assigned to voice and video calls, as well as messages. Vibration alerts for each type of notice can be set to one of five different patterns. As is the case with most Samsung phones, the silent profile can be conveniently activated by long-pressing the # key from the standby screen.
