Robot buddy PhoneBraver Cell Phone from Softbank Mobile Corp.

Japan has nearly 100 million mobile phone subscribers. This is a sizable market and in fact, Japanese mobile phone market is one of the top one for any mobile phone company considering the fact that Japan is one of the top 3 richest countries in the world. There is very strong competition among mobile phone companies to present unique services in the market.

Softbank Mobile Corp. has come out with a cool gadget that has created a lot of interest even before its arrival in the market. It is a Robot buddy Cell Phone. It will act like a small robot and will do the work of a traditional cell phone.

AFP reported:

Softbank Mobile Corp.'s new mobile line looks like a small humanoid with attachable arms and legs, with the screen showing various faces.

The PhoneBraver will be released in April after a character in an upcoming television drama series entitled "Cellphone Investigator 7."

The telephone comes with enough artificial intelligence to learn the user's habits.

If the user calls a particular person many times, a text phrase such as "You're calling her often these days, aren't you?" might appear coming out of the face's mouth, according to Softbank Mobile spokesman Katsuhide Furuya.

Japan is a very good market for new products. If PhoneBraver becomes a success then it will surely be exported in some other countries. So, the days are not so far when all of us can have a Robot buddy PhoneBraver Cell Phone.
